When you submit a project intake form, contact us by email, or call our office, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number, company name, project location, project scope, and any documents you choose to share. We also collect standard server logs from web traffic (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance monitoring.
We don’t use third-party advertising trackers on this site. We don’t sell user data. We don’t profile site visitors for marketing purposes.
We use the information you provide to respond to your project inquiry, send you pricing and scope information, and maintain a record of our engagement for ongoing business communications. If a project moves forward, your contact information becomes part of the project record used by our preconstruction, project management, and operations teams.
We don’t share your project information with third parties except as required to deliver the work (subcontractors, vendors, design partners) or as required by law (subpoena, regulatory request, court order).
Drawings, specifications, and project documents you share with us during preconstruction or bid intake are treated as confidential by default. We don’t share them outside our team, our project partners, or our specialty subcontractors and vendors unless you authorize the sharing.
